5/5 Everything was great! Communication with the host was excellent and the apartment is charming. The location couldn't be better and we fell in love with Essex. We only stayed two nights at the end of two wonderful weeks in beautiful Connecticut but wish that we would have had twice as long.

5/5 This was the perfect central location in Essex to spend the weekend in town and the surrounding area. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The property is extremely well-kept and clean, would absolutely recommend!

Great Weekend Getaway!
5/5 Definitely recommend! We have nothing but great things to say about our trip, starting with this rental apartment. It was absolutely clean, lovely and very interesting. Lots of cool details to this apartment, including the beautiful view of the harbor right outside the bedroom window with comfy reclining chairs to relax and enjoy the view. The grounds are also beautiful and the location was perfect, right in the center of town, with lots of charming shops and good restaurants within a short walking distance. A lovely, interesting, non-touristy town with very friendly people. We definitely enjoyed everything about our stay and will be back. The hosts were very friendly, considerate and outgoing. We're looking forward to our next trip back to Essex!
