Only Good Things to Say
5/5 This place is as advertised, a few steps from the beach and a two-minute walk from the Lobster Shack. We had the best time. The house is clean, well appointed. We particularly appreciated lots of spices and oil for our use. There was a beach wagon - great for pulling grandbabies to the nearby beach with a playground - beach chairs. I can't think of anything we would have wanted that wasn't provided. Very clean, very comfortable beds. Lots of empty closet space to put our stuff.

5/5 6 of us stayed here for a music festival. The location, fantastic! Ocean views, check. The bedding, the furniture, kitchen supplies....no amenity was overlooked. Happened to meet owner when were checking in. He was great. Couldn't have been more accomodating. Great great place for a few nights or longer. Wush we were here longer.

Truly cozy
5/5 Great stay at this rental. Clean, well appointed, close to beach. Perfect sleepy costal community to relax. I would recommend more curtains/blinds in the main living area for privacy at night. Also, TVs not hooked up
