  Mostly fine accommodation but we did encounter some difficulties. Could not get the keyless entry to work upon arrival. After multiple tries, contacted evolve and got the code for the keys in a lock box. Several days later, when other issues were being addressed, the batteries in the keyless entry were replaced. Upon first use of the kitchen supplies, several frying pans were put in the cupboard, unwashed and coated in grease/lard. We had to wash everything before use. No coffee filters were supplied and it took over a day to get those. Had to use paper towels as coffee filter. One of the bathroom sinks was not draining and a light in the other bathroom blew out. When maintenance came to do the drain, they did not address the light. A day later, they came to change the bulb and discovered that it was the switch that had a short. This was replaced.

  On the plus side, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of spices for cooking (we do all of our own meals). Bus stop to resort is right outside, which was very convenient. Supplied body wash/shampoo combo was a men's version (not so great for the ladies!).

  We had a great experience at the condo in Beaver Village. At the time of booking we didn’t know it was going to be such a nice quiet property. The best part was the bus to winter park that was just outside the building.

  We will definitely stay again and recommend to other people.
