We're glad to hear the stay was a good fit overall and that you found the kitchen well-stocked. We're sorry to hear there were a few issues during your visit. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
- We understand there were heat issues the first night. We offered to send our maintenance team, but were informed it had been resolved. The home uses a boiler system, and this was likely one of the first times it was turned on this season. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
- There are two shared parking lots directly in front of the unit that are usually easy to access with plenty of availability. It’s possible there were others parking there who normally aren’t.
- We appreciate your feedback regarding the TV location and will keep this in mind as we look for ways to improve the space.
