Comfortable beds, but definitely a tight space for 2-3 people. Convenience to the slopes with garage parking was fantastic.

The condo itself was nice. Code to go into condo was good. Code getting into the property was a mess. Only works occasionally and then you have to call the company to get in. Real hassle. Next the hot tubs. They close at 5pm Tuesday and Wednesday. What’s the purpose for the closing so early when lifts close at 4. One if the reasons we stayed here is because of the nice hot tubs which we have used in previous years. Also to note.. maybe this is COVID related but there are no Lyft, Uber or taxis/ car service available for transportation locally within winter park and Frazier. Only the bus which ends early as well and you go for a very long way around to get back home. As I say, condo was good the rest not so much and disappointing to say the least.

Hi Pam, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following:
- The codes to enter the home work well and we do provide detailed instructions for these in our welcome email. We also encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to help with the access issues you were having.
- Unfortunately, we do not have control over the community amenities and are sorry that the hot tub closing times during the week affected your stay.
- Fraser is a remote area so ride-sharing companies can be sparser than in a busy city. We're sorry that this caught you off-guard!
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
Staying at the Iron Horse is super convenient to the Winter Park base area - the parking garage is a nice bonus. The condo was clean and has been updated.
I stayed with my two teenage sons. Studio was comfortable and location is great for skiing with direct access to the Corridor run which connects the bases of Mary Jane and Winter Park. Hot tubs were great after a long day on the mountain.
