5/5 The home was lovey. Pro’s: comfortable nice area close to downtown Winter Park, partially quiet, loves all the trees..Con’s: No iron (bummer) humidifier in master did not work. Refrigerator water leaked some in the bottom bins. Overall I would recommend .. did not need to communicate with properties

Family vacation
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and close to everything we could have needed. The unit was spacious and worked well for our family of 4, which included a 10 year old and 3 year old. It was also equipped with all the basics we needed for the stay. The kids loved the pool and the laundry facility was a plus. The employees at the Clubhouse were super friendly and helpful. The property manager was quick to respond and check-in was very simple. We'd definitely stay again!
