• Ok, but not great.

  The pluses of this property are: It large enough to accommodate the five of us w/ extra room, the property manager allowed an extra hour for us at check out & the property manager did a good job of communication about check in, etc. The minuses are the property required walking up hill thru the woods to get on the slopes. By definition it is a ski in/ ski out property, but be prepared to walk a little. My wife got to the point where she walked to the end of the street & took the shuttle to the village vs. dealing with climbing up the hill & dealing w/ a lot of flat areas on the slopes to get to the gondola. The unit needs a good cleaning. Lots of cobwebs in the ceiling beams. Also looks like mold or rotten wood in a window seal or two. This unit is in desperate need of some updates.

  - Regarding the walk to the slopes, we wish you had reached out during your stay, we would have been more than happy to help and provide you directions that take you to the ski run. We have since followed up with Evolve to include these directions in our pre-stay email for guests' convenience.
  - We use a cleaning team to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay. We will follow up with our cleaning team to ensure they pay closer attention to detail, so future guests do not share the same experience.
  - We agree and are looking into scheduling some updates to the property in the coming future.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Extended weekend getaway. Great location, would have liked a map of how to get to the catwalk to lift- no one was out first day so we ended up taking shuttle for 20+ min only to find we could have walked 50 steps up a little hill and got going:). Not a big deal, just an idea for future guests.

• Wonderful Place to Stay in a Gorgeous Location!

  This condo is really nice with a great deck to relax on (we stayed in the summer), big, roomy, comfortable, living room and kitchen, and also nice huge master bedroom. plus 3 bathrooms and a nice second bedroom too. Its nicely decorated with an American Indian theme throughout, which fits the mountainous setting really well, and is relaxing! It was nice and clean. It's located just a short walk or drive south of Winter Park proper which has tons of things to do even in the summer. The facility has a nice warm pool and two large hot tubs plus a nice deck to sun at. The internet works great if you have to do a few work things, while your there. The owner, Andrew is available by text and very responsive if you have any questions.

  We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to come back again next year.

  Nice quiet place, with easy access to Winter Park Base. Also, easy access coming off Mary Jane at the end of the ski day. I would rent again.
