Great family vacation home
5/5 This place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room and space for everyone and house is exactly as shown in photos. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, the hot tub and the fire pit. Game room downstairs was awesome and we all enjoyed everything about our stay. I also enjoyed the wonderful sound of the creek running through the back as well. So lovely and relaxing to listen to!
Comfortable, quiet, plenty of room
5/5 Rooms were well laid out with comfortable furnishings and entertainment options. Despite it being somewhat near to the train tracks, none of us heard the train a single time all week. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet as well. Hot tub, grill, back porch all very nice and well maintained. We usually have trouble sleeping in rental properties but the beds were perfect. Great location close enough to town to bike in. The bike back up the hill was needed exercise. Would gladly visit again.

Great 2 family getaway
5/5 The kids loved the basement with the two rooms with two double beds and spent hours playing the games provided. We cooked most meals in the huge well stocked kitchen and were able to eat all together at the large kitchen table. We loved that we could walk to a trailhead for mountain biking and hiking and walk to town for morning coffee. The house was very clean and we loved the setting for our home base for our sixth annual vacation for 2 families from Missouri and Illinois. We white water rafted at Clear Creek River, the kids rock climbed, the guys mountain biked at Winter Park and we hiked at Rocky Mountain National Park. Thanks for a great vacation.
Spacious and pretty
5/5 Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean and spacious giving enough room for our family to have the quality time we wanted as well as space to do what we wanted individually.

Great Property
5/5 The house was perfect for our family vacation. It had plenty of room for everyone and we loved the large kitchen. Our adult children loved having their own space to hang out in downstairs. We built a fire one night and had s’mores and it was really nice. Location was great. I will definitely stay here again. Looking forward to coming back for a winter vacation.
