This was one of the best trips ever. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week. Walking distance to the restaurant and the pool. Less than a mile to the store. Beautiful view of the mountains. Restaurants are a bit costly in Vail so we saved some money and enjoyed few home cooked meals. Close to gondola with free parking and all other activities in Vail.
We came in the summer and had lots of activities every day. If you want to mountain bike but don’t want to pay $80 per day for rentals just get one for $100 in Walmart for a week.

Only one bathroom. Bit of a jam for 2, even more for 4. Scantly stocked with essentials like tissues and toilet paper. Need to buy your own if stay more than a day or two. Has fireplace but no wood so have to go buy that too. Didn’t have a car so going to store and lugging stuff back on shuttle bu was a big hassle and waste of time. Kitchen and refrigerator were clean. Dryer was not good would not dry clothes.

5 of us stayed for the weekend to ski Vail and this place was amazing!
Plenty of parking just steps away from the front door of this first floor unit made unloading + loading our cars so easy.
It’s a 2 min / ~50 yard walk to the bus stop stop and a 15-20 min ride to the gondola which made skiing and going out downtown so easy and stress free. The bus runs every 15 minutes until 10:30pm and every 30 minutes until 2:30am.
There were plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, extra trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper….everything we needed for the 5 of us for the weekend. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to eat and drink and has a new microwave, dishwasher and stove.
There was more than enough hot water for us all to shower consecutively. Beds were comfortable and they even had fans / humidifiers available!
Can’t say enough great things about this place, they thought of everything!
