We loved our stay, the location is super convenient for driving (3 minutes to vail), shuttle or even walking (20 minutes). Our big group enjoyed the panoramic views, long dining table, outdoor grill and well equipped kitchen. Perfect for two families as both upstairs rooms have beautiful views and their own bathroom. Our teens loved having their space in the family room with TV. Wonderful property and the snow was amazing. Overall a great ski week. Hope we can stay again!!
Overall, our stay was wonderful! The house is a great size for our family, and the location was great. The house is well-lived in, but clean. We felt comfortable and safe in the era of Covid. This house could use a little TLC.

First if all, the house in general is dirty and untidy. But most importantly, it does not meet the requirements during COVID times. We were very disappointed that, although we let the manager know we were traveling with kids, they had people checking out the same morning of our arrival and the house was a complete mess when we got there. We felt very unsafe. Had to wander around town for 4+ hours before being able to settle in the house after a long trip. The beds have zero back support. The rugs are stained. 2/4 showers don't work. There are spider webs everywhere. Appliances in the kitchen and china are dirty and used from previous visits. The laundry room has no door. The grill is dirty. There were ashtrays with cigarettes from previous visits. There are two downstairs bedrooms that share a bathroom. They are humid and damp, the bathroom is super uncomfortable, the shower doesn't work, and one of the two vanities doesn't work either. So If you are staying in one of these bedrooms, you have to take a shower upstairs in the guest bathroom, which is super inconvenient. And worst of all, you can hear everything that happens in the kitchen and living room. So forget about sleeping or resting if there is someone upstairs in the main floor. In the third level there are two more bedrooms, one of the showers doesn't work either, so if you are a full grown adult you have to take a bath. I could go on listing all the things that don't work in this house, but upu get the idea. We were planning to stay for a week and checked out after the first night, we're still waiting for a refund, the manager disappeared. Definitely do not stay here!!!

Beautiful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful homes can't wait to go back

The location and size for this unit is extraordinary, only steps from the Golf Course bus, and can accommodate large groups with ease for sleeping and cooking. The main family room is huge and has panoramic windows of the mountains with no TV which is wonderful. The TV is in the side room off the main family room/kitchen took care of bowl game needs. In the evening our group burned a fire, assembled a puzzle (NYC panaroma at the house), conversed, played games, listed to music (note bring your own - a travel essential in my book). The photos represent the bedrooms well. Beds are comfortable, plugs are where they should be, great wifi, lamps work, water is hot. I feel the family room is much prettier and larger than web images once blinds are raised to the edge. Allison the property manager was quick to respond for our a cleaning hiccup. Housekeeping had overlooked emptying the dryer, as wells emptying the fridge and pantry of opened goods. Perhaps it was a quick turn between large groups. We would stay in this well positioned home again for a large group ski trip. Thumbs up.
