Mountain cabin getaway
5/5 Perfect mountain cabin. Great view of Twin Lakes from the large porch. Driveway was as described, we had no problem accessing in our 4x4 pickups.
We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a cabin in the mountains.

Beautiful retreat
5/5 We had a wonderful time staying at this cabin. It was an excellent basecamp for our family adventures. It was an easy place to entertain kids and our dog enjoyed all of the surrounding areas to explore. It has a beautiful view of Twin Lakes and the sound of a river just over the rise. It feels very remote, with no other houses in sight, but the town of Twin Lakes is less than a mile down the dirt road. The road was a little rough, but even our Chevy Volt was able to make it up without trouble. The hosts were very hospitable as well, having left a kind note with extra supplies and snacks for us!

Cancelled due to wildfire, no help from Evolve
1/5 We cancelled because of the Interlaken/Twin Lake wildfire. News reports said authorities asked people to stay clear and that the air quality was bad. We were told that the owner said the air was fine and would not refund any of our money. I called Evolve, who are the property managers and VRBO. I was finally offered $100, when we paid over $1000. Very disappointing response, as our health concerns were unaddressed.
Serene Getaway
5/5 This was the perfect location to get away from life. Mountain views everywhere, hiking, fishing, nature watching, and. relaxing on the property. The sounds of nature and flowing water just outside the door. The whole family enjoyed it so much we are all ready for a return trip next year.

Visit to Twin Lakes (CO) area for couple days
5/5 The place and location, with scenic view of Twin Lakes from the porch, was great, and hope to stay there again in the future, if available. On a "side note", we were surprised and glad that there was cell phone service since we had a "minor" house emergency during our stay that needed to be addressed.
