3/5 The home is roomy, the views are fantastic, communication with host was good. Plenty of kitchen pots/pans and utensils. But I would not call this place "luxe". Though the interior was clean there was the smell of cat, especially in the master bedroom (we found no litter boxes). The property around the rental could use some TLC. Old litter, cigarette butts, pieces of grills laying around, unswept patio. For the price we paid we expected more attention to detail.
