CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Leave all used beds unmade
- Strip linens from the sofa bed if you used it
- Please leave towels in the bathroom
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Turn off the heat in the bedroom, bathroom, and main room
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please do not touch the washer or dryer. They are broken and not available for guest use
- Any beer or seltzer left in the fridge is off-limits to guests
- The linen closet is not available for guest use
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- The Smart bus access is at the end of the parking lot where you turn into the condo. You will see the bus stop areas on either side of the road going to and from the condo
- The gondola is in the Town of Telluride, about 2 miles from the condo. There is only paid parking near the gondola on local streets. The gondola is free to get to Mid Mountain of Telluride Ski Area as well as Mountain Village where there are amazing restaurants

PARKING:
- 2 vehicles can be parked in the designated parking spot with parking passes
- The parking passes can be found inside the unit upon arrival. They are located in the kitchen drawer below the silverware
- The HOA's EV charger is not available for guest use. There is a Conoco Station where you can charge cars less than a mile away from the property
