We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very spacious and comfortable. The view of the slopes was fantastic-- especially during night skiing! We thought that there was a bus to the main lodge area, but we were not able to find it. Even got on the bus at the center and the bus driver couldn't find the area and ended up back at the center?!?!? It is kind of walkable if you are not carrying anything-- it is quite a hill. Also, there needs to be more storage space (especially in the kitchen). We ended up piling our ski stuff by the front door.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, but there were a couple of things that could be improved. We were there to ski, and I think that the details need to state that there is not a direct walking route to the ski slopes. We had to cut through streets and over barrier walls to get down to the slopes. And there was not any shuttle service that came up our street or anywhere near where we were staying. The view was fantastic, but navigating to our ski day was challenging. Perhaps the binder in the unit could give ideas on how to get down to the slopes each day, or even let us use the locker that is located where we parked the car. There is nowhere to put your skis and gear so we had to rent ski lockers and boot lockers at the base of the mountain. There are plenty of beds, but really not anywhere to hang your coats, put your ski stuff or eat dinner as the table was folded up and unless you rearrange the furniture somehow, it is not usable. The "coat closet" was not usable either, as it was a little cabinet in the corner where the games are held. We were only allotted 6 bath towels for the 6 of us. It seems like they could've provided a few more towels as we were there for 5 days and 4 nights and no washer/dryer. Lastly, there was no body soap or shampoo/conditioner. We assumed that there would at least be a bar of body soap in each bathroom for showering. At any rate, we had alot of fun; the condo is sweet and the views are really lovely.

Hi Beth, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you had a fun stay and enjoyed the condo and its beautiful views. The homeowner wanted to address a few of your comments:
- While we don’t advertise the condo as ski-in/ski-out or serviced by a shuttle, guests can check the map for the best routes to the slopes as well as a very nearby parking lot and gondola (WildHorse) that drops you right into ski time square. There are also companies that you can order car services or shuttles from or simply pay for parking at the base of the mountain.
- There should have been additional towels and toiletries provided and that is our expectation as well. We apologize for this oversight—guests can always call the on-site team for assistance, and their contact info is in both the email and the welcome book.
- A washer and dryer are available on the first level, as noted in the welcome book. If more linens are needed, the on-site team is happy to provide them.
- We do not offer ski lockers and do not advertise that we do. Most guests store their gear in their cars or ski racks. Renting a locker at the mountain is also a great option.
- The dining table is designed to be pulled out for use and does not require rearranging furniture. A photo of it set up is included in the welcome book.
- The coat closet holds up to eight adult ski coats as well as housing shelves for games, and there are additional hooks and hangers in the bedrooms for extra storage.
Thank you again for letting us know about your stay! We hope you come back and enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer in the future!
We really enjoyed the place! Would definitely do it again!

Loved the view looking down on the ski runs. Very beautiful. Condo was very well equipped. A little tougher of a walk to the resort than i was hoping for, but i knew that was a possibility.
Biggest issues were dishes weren't fully cleaned when we arrived and the bathroom supplies (shampoo, soap and toilet paper) weren't fully restocked. Manager was pretty responsive in addressing those issues though.

Nice condo in good location with great views. Needs some minor maintenance (a few window blinds need repairs, glass shower door handles missing or door difficult to open). But overall, very clean and in good condition. Well stocked and furniture is comfortable. Only real complaint is lack of sufficient air conditioning. There is a portable unit in two of the three bedrooms, but this was not described at all in the listing. Owner should consider being more transparent about the AC at the property, or consider adding more portable or thru wall units. Not being aware of this and waking in to a very hot condo that was difficult to cool down detracted from what would have been an overall great stay.
