Great Family Home
5/5 Peaceful Pines Lodge was perfect for our large family. It easily slept 12 people. This home is in an area with other houses but you don’t feel like it because of all the trees. It’s super peaceful and amazingly quiet. We will be booking for next year.

5/5 We absolutely love our annual trip to South Fork and Wolf Creek. This house was one of the best I've gotten to stay in and the communication with the host was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

Pet friendly
2/5 Owner messaged day of arrival “small issue, dishwasher is not working “. There was a dog smell in the house- I did not know it was “pet friendly “ or I would not have booked here. Upstairs bathroom was not comfortable for adults to shower- bedrooms were dark, gross carpet and dog and human hair found in a bunk bed. I can’t get the smell out of may nostrils- can’t wait to get home and wash EVERYTHING:(

-Our cleaning team works hard to thoroughly clean and sanitize the home between guests We stand by their work and commitment to ensuring the property is guest-ready. Though we are a pet-friendly home guests are asked to clean up after their pets. The cleaning team does its best to ensure a deep cleaning after a pet has stayed
-The approved check-in time for the property is 4:00 PM and that information is included in the pre-stay information sent by Evolve to all guests. Our cleaners need the time between the previous guest's check-out and the next guest's check-in to complete the cleaning. We allowed you to check in at 3:00 PM and we were happy to adjust.
-We apologize for the dishwasher issues you were having during your stay. We understand how frustrating it can be when things go wrong during a vacation. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to resolve the problem in a day. We were happy to provide you with a late check-out for you and your family due to the dishwasher you reported not working and hope this helped to make up for the inconveniences experienced
-While we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect our house rules and treat the property as their own. We were disappointed to find damaged carpet in the garage. Unfortunately, we had to spend extra time and expenses to get the home ready for the next guests. We kindly ask that guests follow our house rules and be respectful of our home. That way, everyone can fully enjoy their trip
