CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- Upon arrival, please register your car with the front desk
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- To open, push the ‘Yale’ lock logo, enter the code, and push the checkmark 
- To lock, simply press the ‘lock’ button (there is no need to enter the code)
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave used beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking. Smokers are responsible for clean-up of ashes and butts and for safe disposal of these items. Smoking is not allowed on balconies and must be at least 25 feet from the entrance of any building. The pool, spa and all other clubhouse areas are smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited on balconies because of close proximity to neighbor’s windows
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbors at all times. Refrain from excessive noise and loud talking while on decks and in parking areas. No loitering is allowed in parking areas after 9:00 PM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
