    This is by far the worst rental our family has ever stayed in and I’m shocked it is part of the Evolve portfolio. The rental wasn’t even minimally cleaned. The sheets were dirty, stained, and we found several long black hairs when we pulled back the sheets to go to bed. The blood stained pillows and mattress pad has to be a health violation. Realizing I needed to clean the blood stained bedding, I was further disgusted to find the washing machine full of mold. The bathroom floor also had several pieces of long black hair on the floor and around the toilet. The towels also had long back hairs, smelled musty, and had been used way past their life cycle. Six towels for five nights and four people wasn’t enough especially with only a moldy washing machine available. Half of a used paper towel roll wasn’t sufficient for a five night stay for a family of four. There wasn’t enough toilet paper to last through our stay as both bathrooms were only left with partial rolls. The dishes were simply put back unwashed - utensils still had food caked on them. One mattress is so old and worn that our son was more comfortable on a couch. The other beds weren’t much better. Management never even bothered to check in with us. We took plenty of photos. The whole experience was a huge disappointment at best.

    Hi Jill, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    - We've shared your comments about the cleanliness of the beds, towels, bathrooms, and dishes with our cleaning team to ensure they're paying close attention to these areas of opportunity moving forward. The stained bedding has been addressed and resolved.
    - We offer plenty of towels, there are six per bathroom which is two towels for each guest per stay.
    Thank you for letting us know about the issue with the washer, we're having it deep-cleaned this week.
    - We leave the condo stocked appropriately with toilet paper and paper towels. As is standard for vacation rentals, the homeowner provides a starter supply of paper essentials for guests’ convenience. Guests may have to purchase additional supplies, especially for longer stays or larger groups.
    - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, mattress taste is subjective, and we've never received any complaints about this in the past.
    - You reached out before your arrival to request an early check-in, which we were pleased to accommodate. Throughout your visit, we were available via phone or email for assistance, as we communicated when we chatted with you about the early check-in. After reviewing our records, neither we nor Evolve received any further communication from you during your stay.
    - Had you reached out, we would've been more than happy to send our cleaning team to take care of your concerns to make your stay most comfortable. 
    We've addressed your comments with the relevant teams so that future guests will receive the exceptional service we strive to provide.

    Nicely renovated townhome. Beautiful picturesque view. Could step it up on towels and bed linens—mattress pads. Adult children did not mind the distance to the chair lift.
