  • Beautiful and Amazing Place!


    We came up to the mountains to experience the fall colors in Summit County and we loved our stay. The place was beautiful, right on the river with a gorgeous view. The condo itself was very nicely decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, it had a well appointed kitchen and the location was great!!! We were very close to numerous restaurants and fun bars, plus hiking was right around the corner. We appreciate the hiking and trail books the owner left for us to help us explore the area. To top it off, the fall colors were spectacular! We will definitely come back in the winter for skiing!

    Beautiful property. Pictures are accurate. Check on was easy. Host was attentative when we didn't have enough towel. Responded immediately.

  • Great stay.


    Attentative to needs. We arrived and checking was easy. We looked around and noticed there were not adequate towels for our stay in bathrooms nor kitchen towels. Contacted Stephanie and she immediately took car of our needs. The area was very quite. We never had a problem finding a place to park when we left. We did use the spa so we have no comments about it. The condo was nicely equipped. We didn't cook or grill but would have everything we needed. There were no trash bags for the kitchen trash can but we just purchased out own.

    There were little notes over the property made with a label maker. Example: please take off shoes when in house. I have to pay a cleaning fee but I need to strip the bed, take out the trash, wash the dishes, and load the dirty towels into the washer? There was also a sticky note to not use white towels for make up. We had to find the towels.One of the main reasons we chose that place was for the hot tub. The hot tub was not working. There was no assigned parking. I would have rather stayed in a hotel. No joke.

    -Our checkout procedures are standard and the same that a guest would find at most vacation rentals. Additionally, our cleaning fee is based on the cleaning rates for this area. We take a lot of pride in doing our research to ensure we are providing fair rates and fees while balancing a clean and comfortable stay for our guests. We strive to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservation
    -We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience of the hot tub. The hot tub is 100% working and serviced weekly. We do make an effort to respond quickly to any issues. We addressed this issue as soon as this concern was raised and fixed within a couple of hours
    -We take the accuracy of our listings seriously, and the parking is as advertised. There's additional public parking with typically ten to fifteen spots in front of the condo, if necessary on a first-come, first-served basis
    -We provide quality towels for the number of guests to use in the condo, we also provide separate towels for make-up towels. We know that hotels do that to accommodate their guests, and we like to pass that on to our guests
    Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.
