We booked several months ahead for our family of five. Important amenities for us besides number of bedrooms and bathrooms were a pool, hot tub and wood burning fireplace. When we arrived we found the pool and hot tub area closed for renovation. This was very disappointing and something the owner should have indicated. It was obvious the work had been planned for some time, certainly before we booked and definitely before the final amounts were charged. We would have searched elsewhere had we known they were not available. The first night in the unit we made a fire but found the chimney did not draw well at all and the unit began getting smokey. The flue damper was open. We opened windows and doors to air it out and did not try to use the fireplace again. The kitchen was nice and well stocked with utensils, cups, plates, etc. we enjoyed having the smart TV and Wi-Fi to login to Netflix and other streaming services. There was plenty of extra bedding in the unit and an inflatable mattress as well. It was well stocked with books and games.Check in was easy and instructions for driving directions, key placement and other details were straightforward and accurate. The overall condition of the unit was okay, but there are some minor repairs and upkeep that need addressed.Overall, we would not stay here again.

Hi Brian, thanks for letting us know about your stay. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Guest input is invaluable for enhancing future stays. We have communicated clearly to guests on the listing website that, regrettably, our pool and hot tub are temporarily closed for renovation. We are eagerly anticipating significant upgrades upon the completion of this project. Additionally, we are implementing in-condo upgrades during mud season that we are confident future guests will enjoy. Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

Property was easy to get to , parked by the end walkway and it was just inside the hall….nice not having to go up stairs or cram in an elevator. The property ls centrally located and easy to get to all the resorts. I even enjoyed a hike through the woods on a trail a short distance away. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the fooseball table. The space accommodated us well. It was clean , nice and comfortable. Host checked on us, and we had no issues. Laundry room was clean and washers and dryers worked well. We would stay here again.

Loved the Silverthorne area. Will return to this area again. Would not rent this unit again. For a family of five, we would like something bigger and the unit was pretty beat up and not very clean. Floors are stained and showers had hair. Bed in the master bedroom was terrible and was hardly able to sleep the 4 nights we stayed.
