Beautiful, cozy space in the heart of downtown Salida!!
5/5 We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home! It was the perfect space and the perfect location. The kitchen was the best stocked I've seen for a vacation rental. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the entire home was so inviting. I can't wait to return!! Thank you!

Lovely stay
5/5 We had a great time at this place in Salida! Couldn’t ask for a better location, steps away from beautiful downtown and the river. The loft was cute and very clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!

Chic, well appointed historic condo in the heart of Downtown Salida
5/5 Loved everything about it!
Our group of three friends absolutely adored this condo.
First, the location in the heart of Old town Salida in the historic Palace Hotel is hard to beat- just steps from the gorgeous Arkansas River, Riverside Park, restaurants, shops, art galleries. Super walkable bike-able community.
The condo is so adorable with chic, stylish decor & lots of personal touches.
The layout & natural window light provides an open airy feel. The kitchen and bath rooms have everything we needed. The outdoor entry patio was comfortable and gave it an indoor- outdoor living feel making the condo space feel even bigger.
The dedicated parking space just outside the condo is super convenient as Downtown Salida & the river is busy otherwise making parking a challenge.
Had a wonderful stay & can’t wait to return!!!

5/5 This may be the best place we have ever booked. It was clean, gorgeous, quiet, and at the perfect location for walking downtown Salida. Our 3-year-old loved that there were puzzles and games for her and toy cars. My only warning would be if you are planning to use the sofa bed— it was very creaky/lumpy/uncomfortable. Everything else (including the actual bed upstairs) was perfection and I have already recommended this spot to several friends!

Spectacular birthday weekend
5/5 This is a splurge-worthy unit within walking distance to Salida’s historic downtown. Steps from the Arkansas river & great food.
Very well stocked. Stayed cool during the day, I don’t think the AC unit ever kicked on - slept with windows open & it was quiet.
