  This was our first out of many trips we were disappointed with our booking. It is difficult to stay somewhere there are few blinds and the windows that did have blinds they were completely see thru. It makes it hard to sleep. There were many items of the house that felt uncomfortable. Having laundry in both the washer and dryer is strange. It was like coming home to where someone lived vs a vacation rental. Very outdated. Old appliances that did not work well. Would not recommend. :(

  - The home features bamboo blinds on several windows, though not all are covered. The homeowner is considering adding additional coverings to enhance guest comfort and privacy.
  - Laundry is not typically left in the washer or dryer between stays. This has been addressed with the cleaning team to ensure the property is fully reset before each guest’s arrival.
  - Most appliances, including the stove and refrigerator, are under five years old and fully functional. The washer and dryer are older but continue to work well. All appliances are regularly reviewed to ensure they’re in good condition and updated as needed. The homeowner is happy to provide photos or further details if requested.

  Excellent location but there is some highway noise. The house was nice and we loved the jetted bathtub, but there's no shower upstairs. Good outside access to the house and deck, and we appreciate that it allows dogs. Very nice neighborhood and neighbors, and a great place to walk your dog.

  Thank you for coming, Vickie. Do you think it would have been better if there were only a walk in shower upstairs and not the jetted tug? I am thinking of pulling it out and putting in a nice walk in shower. Would that have made your stay better?

  My family and I had such a wonderful time here. It was so peaceful and relaxing, with the most amazing views. We had all types of wildlife come visit us at the house. I recommend this property to any and everyone looking for a quite getaway.

  This is a beautiful place with plenty of room. It is close to Ouray, and it has enough parking for us. We had two pickups with trailers, hauling two jeeps, and we had room to park the jeeps once we unloaded them. We spent most of our time on the trails, but when we got back, we enjoyed not being crowded. It is pet friendly, but our dog does not like the wooden steps. Lol! Luckily she is little. Huge laundry room too!
