Poor Rental
2/5 Yard was unmowed and unkept. Door security lock would not open. Room air conditioners are not properly vented, rooms were over 80 degrees. Not many amenities left for guests.

Not As Advertised
3/5 While the listing mentions a possible back rental, this property is permanently occupied with cars in the driveway. The neighborhood was not the greatest and also consistently had spiders in the house. Over the course of 4 nights and 3 days we killed between 6-10.
The 3 bedrooms were fine and the kitchen was good, but the full bathroom was meh, specifically the shower.
