• Our bike trip

  Our long weekend to mountain bike was great and the location of this rental met our needs perfectly. However, the rental itself wasn't that great. When we arrived there were 4 bags of garbage in the garage which smelled to high heaven, but when we got rid of those the smell lingered and I think there was a dead mouse or something instead. The cleanliness of the unit wasn't great. The floors were filthy, the window sills dirty with little bugs, the toaster didn't work, the blinds in two bedrooms were crooked, the grill didn't work properly, one of the chairs was soiled terribly, etc. We made the best of it, but won't go back when in town again.

  - We apologize for the missed trash in the garage. We have addressed this with our cleaning partner to ensure it doesn't happen again
  - Our cleaning team has confirmed there is no dead animal in the garage
  - The toaster was checked and found to be functional; it was plugged into an outlet that wasn't working
  - Signs have been placed on the two blinds that were difficult to adjust to prevent further issues
  - The grill is now working properly after the propane was replaced by the next renters
  - We plan to replace the soiled chair to ensure a better experience for future guests
  - We have communicated all your cleanliness concerns to our cleaning partner to prevent such issues from recurring

• Great Poncha Springs Home!

  My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was nice, comfortable, and a perfect location - I went for a run on the paved path along the county road one morning, a short walk to Elevation Brewing or Poncha Pub, and a quick drive to trailheads for hiking and biking. The view in the backyard was gorgeous! I had one question about the crib prior to our stay and the host was very responsive and courteous. We would definitely book this place again and recommend it to friends.

  We enjoyed watching the mule deer in the back yard. Living room furniture a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it was a convenient location of doing things around the area.

  The place was great! Loved the house it was super cute and equipped with everything you could need. We loved everything about it. Great location too. Highly recommend. Will stay here again if come back to this area.

  Great location to explore outdoor recreation in every direction. Very comfortable, well stocked townhome to relax in and take in the gorgeous views after a fun day exploring.
