2/5 Booked this listing specifically for the hot tub which was broken. Messaged the host where i was told someone would come check it and never did. Oven was left dirty as well as coffee grounds in the coffee pot. Both game tables which is the second reson we booked were broken and unable to be used. Wood and fiberglass covered by a shower rod and curtin. . Dishes left in the dishwasher and a crusty sponge in sink. Living room had no blinds just see through curtins and 0 window covering in the kitchen. Booked here for the hot tub and game room having a 4yr old to keep busy. This was a work trip for my spouse very upset once told the hot tub would be check it never was.

-The hot tub was unfortunately damaged by the previous guest and had to be removed. We are working on a replacement but were unable to do so before your arrival.
-We will reach out to our cleaning team to ensure that the oven, dishwasher, and coffee pot are thoroughly checked and cleaned.
-We were not aware of the broken game tables in the basement and will have our team inspect them during the next turnover.

5/5 This property was a wonderful stay for our family and we would gladly return. Plenty of space for our family. Lots of sleeping room with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The downstairs game area was a bonus for our kids. The hot tub was used daily. We liked being out of the busy areas but close enough to stores and other things so it was no hassle. Great place to stay!

Out in the country
5/5 The inside of the house was very nice for our group. Beds were comfortable. The location was great for our visits with family living near Boulder and Fort Collins. Mountains are barely visible out the windows so not sure I would call it mountain view. We did not use the hot tub
but it looked nice and clean. A couple maintenance items are that the lowest outside step by the door is halfway crumbled and needs to be fixed; and the shower/tub in the hall bath is very slippery so it needs adhesive strips or something else to prevent falls. We enjoyed our time and would stay here again.
