2/5 Disappointed in my stay. Ants in kitchenette area. Blankets didn’t feel clean. Will not rent downstairs unit again as it did not feel very private and was afraid of disturbing the upstairs occupant as I could hear them from downstairs.

5/5 Beautiful studio in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Our host, Carol, was kind and very helpful. The studio is comfortable and has all amenities needed for a short stay. We enjoyed watching the deer and loved listening to the turkeys while sitting on the patio outside.

5/5 The property was a convenient location into Parker and Castle Rock. The studio suite was very private, clean, and I enjoyed the view from the outdoor sitting area. I will definitely use it again when visiting with my family on our next trip!
