First visit to the Pagosa Springs
4/5 What a view!! We truly enjoyed the living space of the house. The house had all the amenities for our group of 6. Appreciate the communication from Heather when we had issues with the codes, could not get thru the front door with the provided code, but we were fine thru the garage after we got the correct code.

5/5 Very beautiful stay enjoyed my stay along with our family . Only bad thing dishwasher smelled bad also two of the bar benches were broken . But for the most of it really enjoyed the stay would go back . Thank you

Nice for weekend getaway
4/5 This was a great place for a weekend getaway for our group of twenty somethings. Plenty of space, very clean, close to our activities—our only gripes were that there weren’t enough toiletries for all 11 of us and that we didn’t receive the new door code until an hour after check in. Otherwise, we had a great experience enjoying the patio, cozy bedrooms, and beautiful surroundings all weekend.
