  This was a great vacation rental. Everything we could ask for was as advertised. The owner Darren was very helpful and friendly, it made the stay that much better due to his hospitality. I highly recommend, we will be coming back here in the future.

• Convenient peaceful location

  Great convenient location, just a short drive to downtown. Very quiet and peaceful with beautiful view of the mountains. The host was very accommodating and available for questions or concerns. House had cookware and a full kitchen and a grill on the patio, plenty of blankets and pillows, sleeps 6 comfortably. Highly recommend 4 wheel drive.

  My wife and I had to escape out of 108 degree Texas with our newborn and couldn't have asked for a better place. The rental is on the side of a hill with a great view. Perfect for a small family. There are just a few steps to get in the door. Owners live in a house just up the driveway from the rental. They were very welcoming and checked on us while there. Look forward to another stay here in the future. Loved all the patriotic flags!

  Fun trip, great clean home. Enjoyed the hot springs, San Juan river, beautiful views of South fork and wolf creek pass.

  very bad experience. No air conditioning, the beds weren't what I said, the refrigerator didn't work, I had to rent another house because it was very hot, I don't recommend it.

The only comment we have regarding the beds is they are accurately listed. We wish you had reached out to us during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. We go out of our way for every renter to make it a great stay and we always make ourselves available.
