Comfortable and spacious condo
5/5 This two bedroom condo was a quiet retreat close to amenities in the West Pagosa area. The large kitchen and living room were spacious, yet cozy. We loved eating breakfast at the kitchen table while looking out of the large picture window framing tall pines and grassy expanses. The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit both came in handy on the chilly fall nights we were there. With two large bedrooms and bathrooms, this condo could easily accommodate two couples or a family with 1-2 children. Although we were a few minutes walk to the West Pagosa shopping center, there was little traffic noise outside and none inside. This location felt like a mountain haven without having to drive miles away from town.

Nice Condo
5/5 There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room. The condo was clean, except for the outside areas, they could use a little more attention.
The front door had bird droppings down the door frame and spider webs around, the fire pit area was full of leaves and leftover wasp nests around the decking.
The kitchen is good with dishes. We didn’t do any cooking so can’t comment on cookware.
Beds were comfortable and extra pillows to choose from.
The condo is in a great location for downtown Pagosa Springs, Chimney Rock and even Durango.
We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.
