Great house
4/5 Great open house, very clean and had everything we needed! Only thing we had an issue with was the internet- it’s not great. If you are trying to stream tv apps or having to be on your phone/computer it is very spotty, even after the owner re-set it.

Beautiful Home in the Mountains
5/5 Gorgeous, well maintained home in the mountains buy only 7 min from grocery stores and restaurants.
Beautiful views and walking trails nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Top Pick in Pagosa Springs
5/5 Everything about this home was so well thought out. From the kitchen setup with all you might need to cook some lovely meals to the family room layout and huge TV to the outdoor patio with BBQ, firepit and comfortable seating.
The setting was so peaceful with wildlife to enjoy by the back patio or the sound of the crickets as you sleep at night (via the open windows, of course).
What we enjoyed the most, though, perhaps was the cleanliness of the home. There certainly was no need for us to clean before we could enjoy our stay. It was already taken care of and very much appreciated.
This is a place we will come back to again and again, for as long as the homeowners are willing to share it.
