Everything you could want
5/5 This cabin is awesome! It's about 10 min from downtown but is felt super secluded, which my group loved! The pool table and other games provided plenty of entertainment. We brought an ice cream cake which didn't fit in the kitchen freezer but did fit in the basement freezer so that was a great find!
Lackluster
4/5 Overall, good location but the attention to detail was lacking and the pool table is a hot mess. There were cobwebs in the light fixtures in the kitchen, lots of light switches to try to figure out what goes to what, lack of towels, empty body wash container in one bathroom, fireplace didn't work and we had to have someone come out and they took quite a while to get there. Plastic wine glasses - We aren't in our 20s- no rugs anywhere so not very cozy. Floor left my socks dirty. Almost no seasonings in the kitchen so we had to get our own in order to cook. Lots of emphasis on being quiet inside and out of house (house is very far from anyone else).

Perfect for a family!
5/5 Plenty of space for all to enjoy! Close to everything and comfortable to relax as needed. Was really great for the kids and had all we needed to cook ourselves meals on nights we didn’t want to go in town.

5/5 Our stay was great at this beautiful cabin!
Upon arrival, the door code wasn’t working, but we got fast, easy, and friendly contact with costumer service and got it fixed immediately!
The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. It is equipped in case plans are to cook there!
Although we were expecting for it have a hot tub (as listed on Vrbo and when booking), unfortunately there wasn’t one in the home.
Location is great! Pretty close to the city center and about 10-15 minutes from the springs! The cabin also has a lot of privacy since there is no neighbors anywhere close!
Overall, a great experience and our family is definitely looking forward in booking again!

Great private spot for families
5/5 This place was a great home base for activities in Pagosa, Durango, and the surrounding areas. The only missing amenity would have been a hot tub, this could really put this place over the top. As others mentioned, noise from floors above is loud, but that is part of staying in a log cabin. We got used to it by the second night and the fandeliers in the rooms help with the noise and comfort.
