STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE
1/5 Horrible experience!
1st- dog pee stains on the rug, when we arrived the cabin smelt of urine so strong I had an instant migraine and we had to leave the door open to air out the cabin.
2nd- the contact person does not get back to you, we called, emailed and texted. It took over 24 hours to get ahold of her.
3rd- there are safety concerns like the clawfoot tub in the shower, if you step towards the back the tub lifts up and give you a heart attack feeling but also could cause a serious fall.
4th- the pet fee is $130. For that much money added onto the reservation you can stay somewhere much better.
5th- the forms required to access the lake were not provided so we went up there with our canoe and couldn't actually go out with the kids.
4/5 Great stay. The kitchen was well stocked, we made good use of the kitchen. Everything was clean. For this price (Pagosa Springs is expensive) we expect a place to stay to be well stocked. We had to run to the store for toilet paper and coffee, both were not included.

3/5 Perfect for our needs but needs maintenance
4/5 Very rustic mountain cabin that was perfect for our needs. The dogs loved the yard. The master bed and trundle were super comfy but the spare bedroom is not a queen mattress. It is a double mattress on top of a queen bed frame so my son/daughter-in-law were crowded on that bed. Kitchen accessories were well stocked and my mom was very happy to see a Kuerig coffee machine :-)
