House was perfect!
5/5 House was well stocked, rooms and beds were clean, kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms are clean beautiful neighborhood. House was perfect for a family of 53 kids. Only item missing was a grill, but that might’ve been a Colorado/neighborhood thing. The property manager was spot on super helpful very courteous. Owners are super nice. We were there in the winter, but the summer is probably beautiful with the lake in the middle of the neighborhood.

Truly Home Away From Home
5/5 We stayed during Thanksgiving and from the moment we arrived the place felt like home. The location is perfect, it's peaceful and the views are breathe taking. We enjoyed the home so much we didn't want to leave - instead we cooked and played board games and just relaxed. We've been going to Pagosa for the past 11 years and this is by far one is one of our most memorable trips. Also the owners are attentive and literally thought of every detail to ensure your stay is welcoming and stress free - we are looking forward to staying there again.
