Very comfortable place to stay
5/5 My husband and I brought our son and daughter-in-law to Colorado for a week. We we were very comfortable here. Everything we needed was provided. Location was close to restaurants and activities. We are thinking about making a return visit already!

Another good trip.
5/5 Enjoyed the property for the 2nd year in a row. Walking distance to most places we wanted to eat at. Good base to start daily trips to various trails.

4/5 This property is three floors up. It is a good location. The property could use some tlc. It was nice to have access to a single car garage.

PAGOSA TRIP JULY 2022
4/5 THIS property is very outdated, carpet really needs to be replaced! Not much has been done to this property since the 80s? ALSO having to lug bags up 3 flights of stairs was an unpleasant surprise.Overall this condo needs to be updated severely..
