Quiet neighborhood with a great mountain view

Unclear listing
3/5 The listing wasn't clear on one detail - - the fact that this was a two-story property. Fortunately, I'm fit enough to negotiate stairs, but I do, from time to time, travel with people who have great difficulty with stairs. This detail should be more clearly stated in your listings.

Cozy & convenient
5/5 The check in process was super easy. Parking is directly in front of the front door so you can always keep an eye on your stuff. The floorplan of the unit is odd – but only if I was living there! For a short stay, this is perfect. The bed was comfortable, the unit was clean, there were plenty of essentials provided, and clear instructions for departure. We were close to all things to do in Pagosa yet not in the center of town. The only recommendation I have…if there is access to fish the small lake across from the unit, that should be mentioned so guests are aware. We were told by other people at the complex that fishing was OK yet we never heard back from the host so wasn’t sure. There was no mention of it anywhere in the instructions or description so clarification would be nice in the future. Otherwise, we come out at least twice per summer, and we will definitely be staying here again.
