Smells like cats
2/5 We were under the impression that since the listing said "no pets" there hadn't been pets in the house. The downstairs smells like cats, 2 of the people in our party had to go to a motel because they are allergic to animals and the smell was so strong.

There is a strict no-pet policy at this property, and your local contact would have been able to immediately investigate the odor during your stay. You can see that any type of cleanliness concern or smell has not been an issue for past guests, and the cleaner did not notice an odor while they were cleaning the home after your reservation.
