The Cabin was spotless and nice, no problems there however getting to the Cabin was horrible it rained every day we were there County Road 500 is a total mud pit to travel on our boat and new pick up were covered in mud and we only traveled at 10mph to and from the Cabin I don't mind a dirt road and the dust but the mud on county road 500 is horrible. I know we can't control the weather but be fore warned it took me 12 hours to clean it all when we returned home. never again

Hi Jennifer, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
-The county maintains the road. There is truck traffic and the county will periodically grade the surface, spray with water, and apply a solution to help cut down the amount of dust. Since it was projected to rain, the county took advantage of not having to spray any water, and it was messier than normal. We also weren't notified they were doing any road maintenance during your stay; had we known, we would've notified you.
We're sorry for the external inconvenience, and we appreciate you taking the time to write your review.
This house was perfect for our fishing trip. The area around Arboles Colorado does not have a lot of available vacation rentals, but this one is a winner. Easy drive to the launch ramp. The cabin itself is very well kept and clean. The mornings out on the porch were a treat. The owner is very quick to reply to questions. Hope I can get this the next time we're back.
