Beautiful place, beautiful town!
5/5 This place was so cool! Ouray is an amazing spot and you couldn't be more front and center than here. Everything is right out the front door, from the dog park and river to the grocery/bars/restaurants, and that VIEW from the balcony. The owner is so friendly and a delight to chat with and get local recommendations from! The complimentary coffee and treats he provides from his place are scrumptious and such a great way to start your day. I was so relieved traveling with a 3 month old baby that the 'noise' of being above a business turned out to be a non-issue. This spot was not only immaculately clean and comfortable on arrival, but also has a fully stocked kitchen, amazing owner hospitality, a perfect location, and all the little details and comforts to make a place feel just like home!

Thanks for the review Jacob, glad you had a good time. Next time if you visit Ouray we have another property with evolve. Located in Ouray under Cozy Cabin with great views. Just a few blocks from the location you had stayed but the deck is large and views are fantastic. Plus you still receive the coffee and muffins at our shop. Thanks again for the review.

Perfect location in Ouray
5/5 This was our first time in this area of CO. The unit was perfect and the hosts own and operate the coffee/ice cream store below. They were super helpful with recommendations on restaurants, hikes and off roading routes. They even provided free coffee and muffins or bagels each morning down in the store. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as it is right downtown within walking distance to shops, food and lots of hiking trails.
