Great location, missing a few staples
4/5 Clean, spacious home next to the river, and walking distance along river path to hot springs & town. Kitchen & bathrooms could be better stocked with staples like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, bath soap, hair conditioner & glassware.

Great property and Great Value!
5/5 This is a great little property and was very clean and up to date. The location great and just down the road from downtown and the hot springs. We went on some amazing hikes in the surrounding wilderness and in town as well. We had such a great experience that we are already planning on returning to this same property.

Loved Ouray!
5/5 The house was perfect for multiple couples. It was like the pictures and the location on the river was great. Quick drive to town. We loved visiting Ouray and would rent this house again. Only recommendation is to purchase dishes for the house and upgrade pillows.

Excellent Property for multiple families or couples
5/5 We stayed here with our two adult children and spouses. It was a great base for all of our various activities. We enjoyed walking the river path daily and walked to town often. We loved the 3 king size bedrooms with individual bathrooms. I highly recommend this property!

Ouray Riverside Home
5/5 Very nice riverside home that well accommodates 3 couples. One mile from downtown, you can easily walk to shopping & dining. Ample parking for 3 vehicles and no stairs/steps to climb. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!
