The house was cozy and comfortable.
Instant hot water and great shower.

Good base camp
5/5 Great location for activities around Ouray. Very comfortable for our group, able to spread out!Could use more towel bars in the bathrooms, perhaps a shelf under the mirror since it’s not over the sink. Need more rugs for boots in the front hall, and a can opener- couldn’t find one! Really a great place to stay!

Comfortable king sized beds with private en-suite bathrooms. A/C was a plus!!!

Suggestion for other travelers
4/5 The property was lovely and in a great location. Suggestions is you decide to book: There is no grill so don’t plan on grilling There are only 2 chairs on the deck so bring your own The view off the back of the deck is river and mountains but there is also a fully booked trailer park between the river and mountain No remote for the ceiling fans to be found anywhere No extra trash bags … bring your own Complimentary toiletries means 1” round hand soap so bring all your toiletries Towels means 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth per person. If you want more you will have to bring them. Again, the property is in a great location to town and was clean and lovely. But, for the total price paid you should not scrimp on the amenities. Expect a clean place to stay in a great location but virtually zero extras.
