4/5 Very cute and clean. Owners were so very kind and checked on us each day. I wish I had know this was actually a part of their home. We did have a separate entrance and it was totally closed off from them but we still did not feel our space was private. Maybe I missed that disclaimer in the listing?? Even sitting on the little patio was a bit awkward since it was right next to where they pull into their garage or could come out of their house at any moment. When renting I prefer more privacy so I will make sure I inquire of that with my next booking. We did see a very flamboyant drag queen in full glam “marching” down the street walking 3 dogs while her jam box attached to her stroller was blaring her music. We got a laugh out of that. We enjoyed our visit to Colorado!

5/5 The property is located in a suburban community that appears constructed in the 1950’s. The Cowboy Cottage has been decorated in a southwestern theme with plenty of ranch artifacts that provide a Santa Fe feel to the big city metro actual location. Aside from a Saturday night party across the street all was quiet and peaceful during our stay. A clean and convenient property recommended for Denver area visits. Parking is on street and was only limited during the aforementioned party night. The kitchen is fully equipped and the in unit laundry was handy. If Fido accompanies a short walk to a city pet friendly park is necessary for their “doggie biz” that our pooch enjoyed. Other than a firmer mattress for old backs I cannot find a single fault or suggestion for improvement. Book it!
