Walk no more than a few blocks to find lifts 1 and 10 with access to a 4-person gondola system during ski season and, in the warmer months, the shuttle bus is just 500 yards from your front door to bring you to the trailheads primed for hiking and mountain biking. If that's not convenient enough for you, there is a FREE on call shuttle service that will come to your front door and operates throughout the Town of Mountain Village.
If golf is more your sport, your next game awaits right out your back door! Enjoy mountain views while you perfect your swing, or take the kids to run off any untapped energy at the playground right down the hill.
Give your chef elect the night off and visit Heritage Plaza right up the road. Brimming with cafes, restaurants and taverns, the plaza is sure to satisfy even the pickiest eaters! For even more dining options, drive 7 miles into the town of Telluride or take the free scenic gondola from Mountain Village.

5/5 The location was good for our reason being there. It was nice to come back to a quiet spot after our activities for the day. It was neat seeing a large herd of elk on the golf course behind the condo as well.

5/5 The place is lovely with the needed amenities, like extra towels and soft sheets and kitchen supplies. It’s also very close to the bus line which takes you to the gondola. I really liked how the owner decorated and put up a few pictures of her family. Would stay here again!!!
5/5 Clean and Quiet
5/5 I did have a bit of trouble locating this condo bc it's the only one on the street with a 3 digit address and it is tucked back in the far corner right below the golf course. I called Sarah and she politely helped me navigate. It was very clean upon arrival on a beautiful sunny day! The condo is very spacious on the lower level. Plenty of room for a party of 6 to gather for meals. The area was very quiet and the view of the aspens on the golf course was stunning! I would recommend the rental agency leave a small bag of ice in the ice maker for arriving guests because there was no ice maker or it wasn't working...either way that freezer needs a thaw. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
