4/5 Super cute cabin! Great location, nice artwork/photos/maps on walls. Everything we needed for a nice stay. It was a bit dusty and the dishwasher hadn’t been emptied. Otherwise, it was good. The ‘loft’ shouldn’t really be listed as a 2nd bedroom, as it is a bit precarious getting up and down the ladder. Maybe teenagers would think it was ‘fun,’ but not any adults I know would care to sleep in the attic. It actually could be a liability.Morrison is a nice mountain town and of course Red Rocks concerts are a surreal experience.

Morrison cabin rental
3/5 Below is our subjective opinion. Pictures of the listing made it look newer and more updated than it looked in person. This is pet friendly rental but we hoped pet hair would be cleaned better from previous renters. Overall floors, kitchen could be cleaner. Furniture was really in need of updating. Rental advertised as two bedroom but second bedroom is in the attic with flimsy makeshift pull down ladder leading up to it. It looked pretty hazardous to us. Luckily our son is young and athletic but even for him getting down on the ladder at night to use bathroom was an inconvenience. Bathroom is tiny and could use cleaning and minor repairs such as fixing the drain in the tub shower combo and attaching tub spout to the wall so it does not try to come off each time one tries to go from shower to spout water. Another downfall is that dryer was not working when we got there and throughout our stay. The washer dryer unit is old and tiny as is. Owner offered to pay for laundromat but we did not feel like looking for one and wasting time going back and forth with laundry. We did use washer and then dried clothes outside luckily weather was sunny and warm. Personally I would not stay at the cabin again but it did somewhat met our needs and allowed us to explore beautiful Colorado.

Everything in the cabin, including furniture, is the same as it is in the pictures. And the ladder to upstairs bedroom is in the description; however, if it wasn't clean, that's not acceptable, and I apologize."In route oasis.
