Cute house and a great location
5/5 This house is in walking distance to the CBD of Montrose. Also a great location to get to Ouray, Telluride and Black Canyon. The house has all you need and is very well maintained for an older house. The back yard is perfect for puppers. We will be back!

Great dog friendly place to stay.
5/5 The house was cozy and had everything we needed. It was dog friendly and was close to the main street which made walking to dinner a breeze. It was also about 20 minutes from Black Canyon of the Gunnison South rim which made our plans easy!
