House is nice but in disrepair
1/5 One of our party was injured due to unsafe conditions with rotten wood in several places (deck and front porch). We went to the highest deck through the master suite, one of us sat on a chair, and it immediately went through a rotten board on the deck, causing a fall with injuries.
We have contacted the host and Vrbo with no response or resolution. We contacted Vrbo multiple times, and while we were promised that we would be called and emailed back, we have received neither. The injuries ruined plans for the rest of our vacation.

Perfect home for our girls weekend
5/5 This house was fantastic and the location was amazing. We came to Manitou for the wine festival and had no idea how close the house would be to it! We had the best time and we loved sitting out on the upper deck together. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location
4/5 We enjoyed the convenience of this property - Close to town and surrounding attractions. Not as clean as we like (trash still in the cans in the kitchen and noticed the floor was very dirty when we dropped something and had get on our knees to pick it up).
