my stay
5/5 there really was nothing wrong with my stay at your place. Parking was kind of cramped , but no problems. Lovely little spot. I was concerned at first about no air conditioning, but it turned out to be comfortable enough.The kitchen and laundry had everything I needed . it was a good stay.

Enjoyable stay
4/5 Cute place. I agree with all of the positive reviews except for:
1) The floor was a bit dirty with dog hair and so on.
2) The toilet area was a really tight fit.
3) Although the location was very convenient and beautiful, the homeless problem was quite significant in the area. No problem for me, but I could see how it could be a turnoff for some people.
4) Some maintenance is needed for the fridge and the garden wall behind the porch.
Overall it was still a good value for me, but some improvement would make it even better.

This includes vacuuming all surfaces, including the furniture, washing bedding, dusting, and hand-mopping. Regarding your mention of homelessness, we have not encountered any issues and typically see families and individuals walking their dogs or bicycling past the home.

5/5 We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is so cozy and private, while also being so close to so many fun things. We loved exploring Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Colorado Springs. Definitely recommend! :)
