Great Front Porch
5/5 We enjoyed our stay here and sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch. Yes, there is quite a bit of road noise as the property is adjacent to the main road, but we were okay with it. We just used a white noise app on our phone at night because it was warm and we needed to open the windows. It was a great base for us to visit Mesa Verde NP and Durango.

5/5 This was a great place for our family! The house was very clean and well supplied. the owners were very responsive. It was private and there was ample trees and grass and places for my children to play.

-It's disheartening to receive negative feedback due to dissatisfaction with the furniture. The images showcased on the listing accurately represent the décor of the home that guests have reserved. We recommend that guests carefully review the provided photos in the listing to ensure their expectations align with the accommodations offered.
-Regarding the furniture, we have invested in high-quality Southwest sleeper couches along with two comfortable chairs. To maintain their pristine condition, covers have been placed on the chairs. This measure was implemented after noticing that some guests were allowing their dogs to sit on them. We can now remove and wash these covers before the arrival of the next guest.
We strive to ensure that every guest enjoys the best possible stay, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests at this property, as evidenced by our other reviews.
