5/5 Perfect location close to town but feels like you have some privacy. Communication was non-existent when asked questions but check in email was easy to follow. Lots of space to spread out. Bathrooms aren't ideal as one is really too small to shower in and Master shares with the hot tub (there is not lock on this bathroom door). Needs more blankets provided for that anount of rooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again but not with as many people (we had 7).

Great house in Leadville
5/5 House was awesome for 8 of us. Hot tub was perfect and back living room was comfortable for watching TV. 5 min drive to downtown Leadville, 30 minute drive to Copper
