Air conditioning included after all
5/5 Although the listing clearly stated no air conditioning , which I overlooked, to our surprise a portable air conditioner was installed and cooling when we walked in. We typically keep our house cold so this was so appreciated!

Great Stay.
5/5 This is a Studio but doesn't feel small. Everything we needed and comfortable too. We were there on a very hot week and worried about it not having central a/c but a portable a/c more than adequately cooled the Unit. We would stay again.

5/5 Was a very beautiful place with a beautiful back yard ! Hosts were very welcoming and friendly as well as helpful ! Would stay again :) ! Very close to red rocks as well !

Nice Couples Getaway
5/5 This was perfect for a long weekend. Close to hiking and Red Rocks and very quiet with a nice backyard. The room itself was very clean. The ONLY drawback was that the seating provided in the back area was flimsy, old, and a bit dirty but the grass and rocks were nice to sit on by a small brook.

5/5 Close to shops and amenities but still quiet neighborhood with peaceful private backyard. Easy drive into Denver and super close to Red Rocks Amp.
