PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - 312 Trail Creek Rd, Lake George, CO 80827-9000
- Take Highway 24 West to County Rd. 94/Trail Creek Road
- Turn right onto 94/Trail Creek Road
- Proceed 1.8 miles to where you see a row of mailboxes on the right (this is where the accurate directions deviate from where Google will take you). TURN RIGHT AT THE MAILBOXES
- The number 312 is on the wooden sign and mailboxes at that turn
- Proceed until you pass a fence line that has posts on each side of the road, and the house is on the left on the hill
- There is a little sign that says 312 and you can go in on either driveway on the left
- PLEASE DO NOT TRAVEL EAST (LEFT) FROM OUR DRIVEWAY. It is a private road and we want to respect our neighbors' privacy. You may go right, which will lead you to a national forest with hiking, biking and driving trails

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- This property is accessible via keyless entry. The Door code is 3073, and he door is located on the side of the house
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Trash can be taken to the Bear Proof trash can located inside the shed. Please be sure to latch the top securely, and to securely close the shed. Please do not leave any trash or food out for the wildlife
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please turn off all space heaters
- Please turn all 5 thermostats down to 55 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
