    We found the condo to be a great space with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We had 5 people but could have had more comfortably. The unit was clean, well stocked, and spacious. The walk to the gondola through the village isn't bad at all. You are near a few restaurants, small grocery store, equipment rental options, tiny ice rink, etc.

    We used the hot tubs via short walk outside at Dakota next door without issue. The lobby has a couple pool tables we didn't use, and other hot tubs in the building but we used the ones at Dakota instead.

    I had to reach out to the rental company for an additional room key and it was delivered to the room before we got back from skiing that day.

    The owner reached out via email a couple times, once to notify us of a water shut-off that was building-wide which was considerate and helpful, and a couple other times to check in and respond to questions we had (how the cable worked, what detergent to use in the in-unit washer, etc.).

    There were TVs in every room with Rokus on each.

    The unit is on the second floor and is literally on top of the back corner of the Keystone Rentals. We didn't notice any sound or other issues from nearby neighbors.

    We had 2 vehicles so we parked one in overnight parking in River Run ($25 per night and separate) since only 1 vehicle is allowed to park for free in the garage per HOA rules. We knew this ahead of time due to research so this was not a surprise for us.

    The elevators worked great while we were there which is always nice.

  • Nice condo but not ski-in & ski-out

    The condo was nice and sufficed for our stay.

    The ski-in/ski-out includes walking 400 yards to the gondola. That, in my definition, is not ski-in/out.

    The pictures shown for the pool and hottubs were in another building which we did not discover until the last day by travelling in a dark and smelly garage to the other building.

    The hottubs in the building that this condo resides were smaller, only partially worked and not that appealling.

    Lastly, we found it ridiculous that we were only given one key card to access the condo. With two adults going different directions at time during the day, it required coordination for someone to be home to let someone in or in-day handoffs of the keycard.

We're sorry to hear that you did not have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide our guests.
    - We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right. We would have been happy to address any concerns you had, but we did not receive any contact from you during your stay.
    - For guest use, we provide two keys that are in the packet we give our guests and leave at least two other keys in the unit as well. If guests needed an additional key, we would have remedied the concern by providing another one by reaching out to us.
    - We aim for transparency and our photos and listing are accurately advertised. To get to the Dakota pool and additional hot tubs, guests can get there with a short walk outside without going through the garage.
    We truly go above and beyond and we are confident that future guests will have excellent experiences at our property.
